Extralink Flat Aerial Cable is a flat fiber optic cable designed for overhead installation. It uses 24 type G.652D fibers placed in a central loose tube filled with hydrophobic gel .

The reinforcement element is made up of two FRP rods. The cable has a cross-section of 10.6mm x 4.5mm and a polyethylene outer sheath.
